I received some nice comments yesterday from people who enjoyed the photo of the small child playing in a tide pool on the beach. Here is another photo of a child and his father playing in the sand. I don't know who is enjoying the simplicity and relaxation of the moment more.

I think he is wearing one of those shirts made for swimming. It is too warm in Costa Rica to wear a wet suit, and the ocean is a pleasant temperature all year around. I have never seen someone wearing a wetsuit in Tamarindo.
