This is part of the frog exhibit at the La Paz Waterfall Gardens. Most of the frogs there are kept in an enclosed area where visitors can walk in an enclosed ranarium so people can find the frogs amidst the rocks and leaves, rather than in small enclosures the way frogs are typically displayed in zoos.
There are guides to help point out the location of the hidden frogs, and to make sure that none of the frogs hitch rides on the backs of the visitors walking out of the frog enclosures.

Those look more like the frogs we used to have around here.
About my post today, that was just one row of about ten rows of wind turbines. I took pictures out the window as we were driving and that is the only one good enough to use.
