Hmmmm, which bottle of wine should we pick to accompany the sunset? Which restaurant shall we walk to for dinner after sunset? (There are about 40 restaurants in Tamarindo.)
Here you see some of the chairs on the balcony/patio of our Langosta beach condo. I am sorry that you are not visiting Costa Rica so that we can meet and talk in person, and you could pull up a chair and enjoy the sunset with us. I will try to do the next best thing on this Daily Photo blog.
From the comfort of your chair and computer, please join us for a sunset, which I will share with you in a series during this week.
On our travel photo site, Viva la Voyage, we are showing aerial photos this week of an active volcano on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Oh, you. You've only just begun and I already have tears of gratitude in my eyes.
ReplyDeleteNow this is a scene I remember very, very well! I am so looking forward to reliving it over the next few days.
ReplyDeletelovely! such a peaceful place to watch the whales go by.
ReplyDeleteSo restful. Your photos make me want to visit Costa Rica.
ReplyDeleteYour photo of the place is just great to see -- we are surrounded by deep snow and it is 1° F up here. What else can I say?
ReplyDeleteI saw scenes like this on cable the other night on HGTV or something like that. Beautiful places. I wish.

ReplyDeleteNow that's what I call real living!
ReplyDeleteWell, my heart is breaking for you having all those really tough decisions to make on a nightly basis - you know, the right wine, the right restaurant, whether or not to shoot the sunset ...
ReplyDeleteLife is hard. I'm glad you're up to the challenge, though.
Oh yes, I think we'll all join you! Idyllic. I love that you share all the beauty with us, Dave.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, by the way, for your blog birthday wishes. Your words meant a lot to me. Do hope we all get together one of these fine day. It needs to stop raining here first...
