It was in the afternoon that I took this hike, so I apologize that I was shooting into the sun in taking a photo that shows the golf course and the ocean in the background. I will have to go back some time in the morning to photograph the golf course in better light conditions.
Today is Sunday, so we have new photos on our travel photo site, Viva la Voyage. This week we are featuring photos of Portugal, including some of the use of ceramic tiles in Portuguese architecture.
Beautiful setting, Dave! I just left a comment referring to you on Sharon's post today re. Nasturtiums.
ReplyDeleteI think you did a great job dealing with the sun behind this scene. The green of the grass really pops out.
ReplyDeleteReally a nice environment, Dave. I like the idea but am stuck in Ohio.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful golf course that I would love to play! I think this is a great shot.
ReplyDeleteI bet there are people travel there just to golf on that course with the ocean breeze and lush beauty.
ReplyDeleteI love the way the trees embrace that glorious green.

Cheers!!
That's an awful lot more green than we got here so far. I don't play golf, though. Devoid of athletic talent.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter and son in law are just about to pop in anticipation of their arrival in Tamarindo Wednesday. He came through his chemo with flying colors. This will be really good for them.
Oh, I like. I played golf yesterday and out fairways and greens are green, but the cold weather bit the rest of it so the course doesn't look near this good.
ReplyDeleteHow did you play?
I used to play in this golf course in Memphis TN but this picture alone made me want to go to Costa Rica with my golf club. Hope to land there soon.
