This is a typical Tamarindo/Langosta scene. This surfer is walking along the Langosta estuary.Tamarindo is best known as a surfing town, and there are lots of surfers in town. It is now much more than a surfing town, as there are many other activities and many condos and resorts cater to a broader spectrum of visitors than surfers. My family loves Tamarindo, even though none of us surf.

ReplyDeleteThanks, Dave, that explanation makes perfect sense. I was shooting in manual mode into the sun and the sun was reflecting off the water fairly intensively. So I can experiment with this but the conditions have to be somewhat cooperative.
