Here is a closer photo of one of the ATV racers who roared past me. He has a striking uniform, whose black and gray color scheme seems to make him one with his ATV.Many rural roads in Costa Rica are unpaved, and he looks like he is prepared for breathing and looking through the dust that is kicked up by the ATV racers.
