There is a small "Juliet" balcony on the right, with a view across to Playa Grande. On the left is a door to the balcony off the living room, with a splendid view of the beach and ocean.
The trees are part of the lush landscaping of the Diria Resort. I will show a couple of photos of the reverse view from the ground during the next two days.
Playa Grande, by the way, is the nesting site for the endangered Pacific leatherback turtles and is a protected national marine park. The tortoises swim to that beach all the way from the Galapagos Islands to lay their eggs.
This week we are showing photos of the red rock country of Sedona, Arizona and the cooling waters of Oak Creek on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.
love the view, love the chair, can't figure out what's going on on the porch floor to the left.
ReplyDeleteYes, I think it would make it easier to get up in the morning if this is what one would look at. My trouble is I wouldn't want to do anything else...just sit and look! :-)
ReplyDeleteSuch a gorgeous view!
ReplyDeleteIt is indeed a pretty view, Dave. It looks like a walk to the beach is pretty easy.
ReplyDeleteI would love to wake up to that view every day!
ReplyDeleteA million dollar view - just hope your place didn't cost you that much! Lovely decor along with the view! CDP blog convention there??
ReplyDeleteI think that Leif's suggestion of a blog convention at your casa would be splendid. The view from your bedroom sure beats the one from mine!
