Tracks in the sand

Sheltered from the waves of the ocean, the tide receding from the shore of the estuary leaves interesting patterns and colors in the sand.

If you look closely, you will see some animal tracks across the middle of this photo. I assume that it is from a crab.

This week we are showing photos of the festive pedestrian street Las Ramblas of Barcelona on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.

I'd love to be walking barefoot across that stretch of beach!

The water has made wonderful patterns in the sand and the animals have added thier own touch of creativity.

This is great! Some might pass by and not notice the pretty patterns but you saw them and appreciated the simple beauty of nature.

One more proof that nature is the main source of inspiration.
