This photo shows the back porch of the ranch house. I think this ranch decor could almost be universal. This Costa Rican scene could be in the American West, or rural Appalachia, or Patagonia.
As you can imagine, for two photographers like Julie and me, a visit to this ranch was a "target-rich" environment.
This week we are showing photos of the public art and classical architecture of Chicago on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.
Love the railing...looks both rustic and well-maintained.
ReplyDeleteIt does have an old west look.
ReplyDeleteI would love to spend an afternoon just sitting on that porch. I would definitely not be able to resist taking pictures!
ReplyDeleteMy wife's former boss in Connecticut also has a house in Montana, so he has similar decor in the CT home. It looks good here.
ReplyDeleteThe railing is pretty neat.
ReplyDeleteSo full of so many interesting details. Please keep posting.
ReplyDeleteYou only have to look at this and you know that a cowboy lives here.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot. It looks like it could be Texas.
ReplyDeleteDarryl and Ruth :)
