This cat has one blue eye and one yellow eye. I don't know why, although I suspect it is just an unusual genetic accident.Perhaps cats are susceptible to genetic mutations. I remember that at Ernest Hemmingway's house in Key West, Florida, there are a lot of 6-toed cats who are descendants of Hemmingway's 6-toed cats.

We are on at the same wave length today; I have a photo of a dog with one brown eye and one blue eye. Not that all uncommon but it's still startling when it is seen.
