Continuing with yesterday's theme of fences, here is the fence between the pasture, on the left, and the corral on the right, with the ranch house in the background.
This week we have photos of a mussel ranch in Nova Scotia on our
Viva la Voyage travel photo site.
A great photo overview and the lay of the land on this particular ranch. I think that you had as much fun snapping the photos as your subjects did being photographed.
ReplyDeleteThis fence looks a lot sturdier than yesterdays one Dave, to cope with the horses no doubt... Speaking of which, I know as much about horse racing as you do, I just pick a ticket out of a hat, pay my money (usually 2 or 5 dollars) and hey presto I don't know why, but it always is the winner, just lucky I guess!!
ReplyDeleteI would call that fence rustic but, it is probably quite common.
ReplyDeleteNot a fancy fence, but I'm sure it will do it's job!
ReplyDeleteI love wooden fences, this one is so nice.
ReplyDeleteI like the perspective of this shot. The fence looks like so many on ranches around here.
ReplyDeleteHi, Dave. Nice fence and nice composition.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment today. Yes, you can tell Julie it was like dropping bowling balls on a sail. I went outside at 11 p.m. and the cracking limbs sounded like fireworks were going off.
