Langosta Estuary tides

This photo shows the scene near the mouth of Langosta Estuary, where it flows into the sea, and where the tide flows into the estuary. At times when the tide is about the same height as the estuary, the water is very still, with the current neither flowing in or out. This photo captures one of those still moments.

We have photos of the villas in Bellagio, Italy on the shores of Lake Como posted on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.

Almost like you were on the edge of a lake.

My first thought was a lake. Put in the canoe and lets go. Stay warm this Christmas Eve!

Every time I visit your blog (not so often these days), I start thinking about sun protection lotion and new swim wear.
Very therapeutic place.
Happy Holidays!

Great shot. Tidal waters always create such interesting scenes.

Merry Christmas.
