The smaller condos on the lower floors of this building go for about $800,000, with penthouse units on the top two floor approaching $2 million. The condo has underground reserved parking, which is nice.
There are a lot of nice architectural touches to the exterior common areas as well as the interior of the condos, as one would expect with top of the market condos.
