Perhaps the tracks in the sand in yesterday's photo were made by a tiny crab dragging a shell on his back.
There are lots of these little crabs and shells in the tide pool areas of the beach.

ReplyDeleteI always thought wee crabs were interesting... and then I read about horseshoe crabs which are not really crabs at all. Why call them crabs? dunno.
