Foam at high tide on Langosta Beach

This is high tide on Langosta beach, with the foam from the waves nearly covering the sand.  There is still room to walk down the beach, even at high tide, but there are a couple of spots where we time our walk to coincide with the gap between waves.

We have photos of the colorful architecture and street scenes of Grenada, Nicaragua, posted on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site this week.

Looks like a good time to let the water rush around your feet.

This is a good comparison shot. I like all that foam.

Reminds me of a photo I took at the national park yesterday. A tree had fallen and was still stuck in the remaining ice on the lake.

Reminds me of a beer I drank the other day. :)
