Most of these people are probably guests of the Barcelo Langosta Beach Resort, which is very close to our Langosta beach condo.
In the days ahead I will show a few photos of other scenes, besides surfers, that can be seen along the beach.

I can understand that crowds. Those surfers are fun to watch.
There are quite a few people there. There is something about the sight and sound of the ocean. I can stay for hours on the beach, and if there are no other people to watch, even better.
Looks like a storm is coming soon !
The beach is a spectator sport, even a theater. Why else would people wear those costumes?
It looks like such an idyllic location and pastime.
