Beginning surfer's wipeout

A moment after I took yesterday's photo, the beginning surfer did end his ride in a rather awkward style.  He still looked like he was enjoying his surfing, and the people to his right look like they were enjoying watching him as well.

    Been there, done that. Not for many years, though. Used to live in LA and we'd spend every summer day (almost) at the beach.

    Re your comment on Ocala: That business about Ireland is most interesting. But raising and training thoroughbreds is an intensive and very expensive proposition. I think the people who own the great horse farms in this area have more money than they know what to do with and horse racing is kind of a hobby. :)

    At least when you wipeout in the ocean you can still smile. On a bike....that's another story! :)
