Young women taking a selfie

It seems that young people today are always taking and sharing photos of each other and themselves.  And why not?  I can keep up with what my sons and their wives are doing through Facebook.

Today I will start a series that will take about a week.  It is a study of human behavior.  See if you can anticipate what these women will do next, and what others around them will do.

This week we are showing photos of the Wadi Rum Desert of Jordan on  our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.  If you saw the movie Lawrence of Arabia, you have seen this territory before.

  2. Maybe they will give each other a hug?

  3. I see this happening everywhere. Some of the pictures I have seen don't turn out too well but others are pretty good. Those are some skimpy bathing suits.

  4. They'll laugh and try for another one.

  5. You do see this everywhere, but I have the same attitude you do. I like being able to see what is happening with my daughter on another continent and her friends around the globe.

  6. It's tough to do that with our DSLRs. Even though I have an iPhone these days I never take "selfies." Boring and self-centered.

I love to shoot people, as you know. Looking forward to the rest of this series.
