A closer view of the Angel Moroni

Here is another view of the Angel Moroni against a backdrop of a dramatic, late afternoon sky above the Mormon Temple in suburban San Jose.

    I DID look it up and discovered the significance of the Angel Moroni. Another bit of information from blogging! Very dramatic sky behind the statue.

    How does the sculptor know what Moroni was supposed to look like? Nobody else saw him other than ol' Joe.

    I'm surprised you've got a Mormon temple down there, but I guess they're all over the place.
