Colors of the Cala Luna Resort

This is one of the guest cottages at the Cala Luna Resort in Langosta. The Cala Luna has little cottages amidst lushly landscaping. It has been closed for remodeling for a year or so, and its reopening is good for Langosta. It is a charming place, and my wife and I like to walk here to have lunch in the restaurant that surrounds its pool.

This week we are showing some more photos of Julie's recent trip to Nova Scotia on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.

Sounds like it would a wonderful place to take a break Dave. I'm glad it's opened up again, these places are so important for the tourist trade.

I think Julie and I had lunch there a couple of times while I was there. It was a very pleasant place where we were visited by beautiful birds while we ate. They also make a really great Margarita!

Those colors knocked my socks off. And have I told you how much I love your header photo? WOW~

This is a beautiful place for lunch. The birds are really unusual and colorful as I remember.

Those colors are lovely.

Sharon has the right idea: enjoy the colours and scenery while sampling the great Margaritas.

Back again. I thought about VJ's comment re. your header. I, too, have always loved it, and it reminds me of the final scene of "Carlito's Way" when the credits are running, only it's of a woman dancing with a child. Loved the younger Pacino...but that's another story!

The warm pinkish red color certainly catches the eye.

Thanks for your recent comments. AND, congratulations on the marriage of your son. Doing the wedding on a cruise is a pretty good idea.

Yes, we did a Rhine River cruise. Unfortunately, the region has been suffering through a severe drought. The water levels were so low we could only travel about half of the distance by ship and had to do the rest by bus. We still visited most of the same cities and saw most of the same places, but it was less relaxing than previous river cruises we have taken.
