Southern Langosta Beach

This is a stretch of Langosta Beach south of the Langosta Estuary and north of the J.W. Marriott resort that I showed a few days ago. It is a classic, pristine, tropical beach with hardly anyone there.

This view is from a boat, of course, but for the next week I will take you on a walk down this beach. This series will feature sights typical of Costa Rica. It will also conclude by showing what happens when you lack planning and foresight for such a walk.

This week on our travel photo site, Viva la Voyage, we are featuring photos of Washington, D.C., taken during the special light of sunrise.

so pretty with no development and you can see the green mountains and trees on the beach

Love those shots from a distance with the different colors and the thin white color of the beach. Very inviting.

A beautiful opening. I love your foreshadowing and teasers. Can't wait to see what else you have in store for us.

Oh my God, those blues! Breathtaking!

If I were a painter, I would be grabbing my brush and canvas to paint this quiet scene. The shades of blue with the green in between and little white band of beach, just begs for water colors. I hope Irina from Moscow sees this one.

Interesting indeed to see, that nearly all mountains if far, seem to be blue.
A photography to dive into. Please have you all a nice Wednesday.

Nice look at your home so to speak. The beauty of this shot is in the minds of the visitor and many envy those who can go there or to places like this.
