Hanging bird nest on Montezuma Oropendola

On  rural roads in Costa Rica at times you can see bird nests such as this hanging from wires.  These are the nests of the Montezuma Oropendola, a black bird with brown wings and a yellow tail.

I have seen these nests only hanging from wires, but in the forests they are typically in colonies of about 30 nests hanging near to each other.

These birds are common in Central America.   One of these days I will try to have my camera ready and stake out one of these nests to catch a photo of the bird.

We have photos of the Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan this week on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.

For some animals it takes patience and tenacity to find and catch them for a photo. Good luck on this one! I hope that you are successful so we, too, can see the bird.

Seen similar nests in central Africa, but they were usually fruit bats

What an unusual nesting site. Excellent capture. Would love to see the residents.

This is very unusual. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it. I'd love to see the bird who builds this marvel.

I have never seen a nest like that. I look forward to seeing the nest builder!

This is something I've not seen before...the nest looks a bit precarious. I wonder if the bird has any natural predators?

Perhaps one of these days you can get a picture of the Montezuma Oropendola.

Very strange looking. Must be quite difficult to build. Probably keeps babies and eggs away from predators.

Repairing Small Cracks in concrete Floors: Determine the Damage.
Make sure that you don't end up with a look of patches by checking to see that the glitter falls all the way around the edges of a newly-painted area. Repairing larger cracks or holes in driveways takes a little more time and preparation.

Other FSX Virtual Airlines are based on real airlines, from major carriers to small operators.

It is also a good practice to make sure that none of the climbers are more tired than
the other. In terms of sheer enjoyment, the Rollercoaster Tycoon series leads
the pack. If you are running your simulator for commercial purpose and there are people playing with their own golf clubs, ask them to wipe their
clubs with a wet clean piece cloth. Unfortunately, the series has been dormant for quite
some time and there isn't any indication that it will be returning anytime soon.

For instance, they may select a type of lettuce that has
purple coloring in it as well as green. Due to the popularity of organic gardening, organic potting soil and compost are available at most garden centers.
Grab a few bags of organic potting soil and lean them up
against the sunny side of your garage or a brick wall of your home.

Aside from Microsoft and Nintendo, another top competitor, Sony, will also be releasing some top-rated games for its own console - the Playstation.
These originally were quartz crystals from the River Rhine in a region noted for gem-cutting,
particularly the town of Idar-Oberstein. After February 27, The Sim Online servers were shut down and it is now known as EA land, old account holders can
still come back of course, and its the same game.
Still, within each of these types of simulation
games, certain games tend to rise to the top.
In general, it is something manufactured, to pretend to be (or simulate), something else more valuable.
