Casa Roca is one of those rentals. It has 5 bedrooms, a pool, and overlooks the same stretch of beach as our condo. Usually the front gate is closed, but I took this photo while walking past when the gate was open.

This looks like a elegant place. I remember how walking up the road here, you could rarely see these places from the road. But, you could see the beach side from the beach.
Pretty entrance and I'm sure the rest is just as nice.

Odd that they build huge places for rentals. In places that I know, the big ones are for wealthy owners to use themselves.
