Checking out the camera of this photographer

When I was taking some photos on Tamarindo beach, this other photographer caught my eye.  Why?  Well, of course, I was interested only in checking out her camera to see what kind of camera and lens she had.

I took a few more photos of her and her friend.  Steady readers of this blog will know that I often like to post a short series of photos that tell a little story, but I don't know if I will in this case.

Hmmm.  I wonder if people would want to see more photos of these women.  Will I post more?  The answer, as usual, will be tomorrow and the next few days.

This we we are showing photos of some scenes of the people, markets, and scenery of Tanzania on our  Viva la Voyage travel photo site.

In response to your comment on my blog, here is what I found: Many Orthodox Christians in the United States celebrate Christmas Day on or near January 7 in the Gregorian calendar. This date works to be December 25 in the Julian calendar, which pre-dates the Gregorian calendar. It is a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, who is believed to be the son of God.

Does that make sense to you?

I can see why you noticed the camera and were so interested in it. It's a nice looking one, for sure.

I think her camera would have caught my eye too. One of the joys of walking the beach in a tropical paradise are all the girls with cameras.

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find
this matter to be actually something that I think I would never
understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me.
I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!

Dave, thanks for this camera tutorial. We should note that she has the camera's strap around her neck for support, a fine practice even though one that I almost never follow.

I will vote in favor of more images from this series.
