Here is another Tico house, although this was on the road outside of Santa Rosa, where the family has a larger property than the houses in town.
Costa Ricans cherish their small farm agricultural traditions, and many people have small farms even if they have a regular job doing something else.

Not as colorful as some of them, but looks comfy.
It may be small, but it looks very well-kept.
