Several people leaving comments have wondered what the food was like at El Caracol, and I will share our meal with you, least through these photos.Julie loves oysters and she will usually order them for appetizers when she is sure that they will be fresh and good. And at El Caracol they were. They were served on a bed of ice in a bamboo tray.
