This looks like good exercise. The paddle boards are bigger and heavier than regular surf boards. I guess if you are strong enough to paddle through the surf, you are likely able to carry the board to the beach.

I did paddle boarding just last week - so much fun!
Dave, you will have to let me know about your hunt for the ultra 40x zoom camera. I only found 20x optical with 2x more digital, and the cost was about $700. The Nikon was under $200 and 26X optical zoom. But do let me know what you find!
