Lucky dog to have a beach to walk and a friend to take him.
You certainly are fair about your distribution of beach life.

Some beaches do not allow dogs on them. This burly guy looks like he could walk the dog wherever he pleased; wouldn't argue with him if he was on a "no dogs allowed" beach!
